Villa Adhémar is a holiday home consisting of 3 gîtes for a capacity of 20 people.

Accommodation description:

The main house of 280 m² is composed of a very large living room of 115 m² with open kitchen, dining room with 20 chairs and superb cathedral lounge 7 m high. On the ground floor you have 4 bedrooms with private shower rooms and toilets in each room, upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with toilet.
Dance floor / dance floor of 30 m² next to the living room with Marshall speaker and light effects.

Two gîtes adjoining the house of 50 m² and 70 m² each have 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms-toilets and living room with kitchen.

In total, you have 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and 11 toilets.

Villa Adhémar is located on a 2-hectare plot. It has a large private parking lot and a 1000 m² Mediterranean garden surrounding the swimming pool. In this fenced garden, you have a shaded pétanque court and a ping-pong table.

The 100 m² terrace is decorated with an outdoor table with 20 chairs and a fire pit for barbecues. Its western exposure will allow you to admire magnificent sunsets.

The 300 m² pool area is perfectly secure. The salt-water pool is composed of a small pool with a depth of 0.30 m to 0.60 m as well as a large pool with a depth of up to 1.70 m. The 16 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, and shaded area allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days of Drôme Provençale.

Villa Adhémar is ideal for family or friends stays, as well as for organizing seminars and wellness retreats.

Bed linen and towels are provided (bring pool towels). An additional baby bed is available (please specify when booking). Free Wi-Fi access.
