Description of the accommodation:

The main house of 280 m² is composed of a very large living room of 115 m² with open kitchen, dining room with 20 chairs and superb cathedral lounge 7 m high. On the ground floor you have 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets in each room, Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a bathroom with toilet.
30 m² dance floor next to the living room with Marshall speaker and light effects.

Two cottages adjoining the house of 50 m² and 70 m² each have 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms-toilets and living room with kitchen.

In total you have 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and 11 toilets.

Villa Adhémar is located on a 2 hectare plot. It has a large private parking lot and a 1000 m² Mediterranean garden surrounding the swimming pool. In this fenced garden, you have a shaded pétanque court as well as a ping-pong table and table football.

The 100 m² terrace is decorated with an outdoor table with 20 chairs and a brazier for barbecues. Its western exposure will allow you to admire magnificent sunsets.

The 300 m² swimming pool area is perfectly secure. The salt water swimming pool is composed of a small pool with a depth of 0.30 m 0.60 m as well as a large pool with a depth of up to 1.70 m. The 16 sun loungers, the 4 deck chairs and the shaded area allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days of the Drôme Provençal.

Villa Adhémar is ideal for spending stays with family or friends.

Bed linen and towels are provided (bring pool towels). Possibility of having an additional baby bed (to be specified when booking). Free WIFI access.
