 Villa Adhémar is a holiday home comprising 3 gîtes (self-catering cottages) with a capacity of 20 people.

The main house, measuring 280 m², features a very large 115 m² living area with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room with 20 chairs, and a stunning 7-meter-high cathedral-ceilinged living room. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
A 30 m² dance floor is located next to the living room and is equipped with a Marshall speaker and lighting effects.

Two adjoining gîtes, measuring 50 m² and 70 m² respectively, each have 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with toilets, and a living room with a kitchen.

In total, you have 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and 11 toilets.

Villa Adhémar is situated on a 2-hectare property. It features a large private parking area and a 1000 m² Mediterranean garden surrounding the swimming pool. Within this enclosed garden, you'll find a shaded pétanque court.

The 100 m² terrace is furnished with an outdoor table and 20 chairs, as well as a charcoal barbecue. Its western exposure allows you to admire magnificent sunsets.

The 300 m² pool area is fully secured. The saltwater pool comprises a shallow end with a depth of 0.30 m to 0.60 m and a deep end with a depth of up to 1.70 m. The 16 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, and shaded pool house with a ping-pong table allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days of the Drôme Provençale. Villa Adhémar is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels).
