 Villa Adhémar is a holiday home comprising 3 cottages with a capacity of 20 people.

Accommodation description:

The main house, measuring 280 m², consists of a very large living room of 115 m² with an open-plan kitchen, a dining room with 20 chairs, and a superb cathedral-ceilinged living room with a 7-meter high ceiling. On the ground floor, you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and toilet.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with toilet.
A 30 m² dance floor is located next to the living room and features a Marshall speaker and lighting effects.

Two adjoining cottages, measuring 50 m² and 70 m² respectively, each have 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms with toilets, and a living room with a kitchen.

In total, there are 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and 11 toilets.

Villa Adhémar is situated on a 2-hectare property and has a large private parking area. and a 1000 m² Mediterranean garden surrounding the pool. In this enclosed garden, you have a shaded pétanque court as well as a ping-pong table and a foosball table.

The 100 m² terrace is furnished with an outdoor table with 20 chairs and a fire pit for barbecues. Its western exposure allows you to admire magnificent sunsets.

The 300 m² pool area is perfectly secure. The saltwater pool consists of a shallow end 0.30 m deep 0.60 m deep, as well as a large pool up to 1.70 m deep. The 16 sun loungers, 4 deck chairs, and shaded area allow you to fully enjoy the sunny days of the Drôme Provençale. Villa Adhémar is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own pool towels). A baby cot is available upon request (please specify when booking). Free Wi-Fi access.

Check-out time: 10 AM, except for weekends which include a late check-out at 6 PM.
